2. Spot Allocation, Pricing & Validity

• Spots and whole pages are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Once all slots in a book edition are claimed, the edition is permanently closed.
• Prices are clearly displayed before payment (e.g., ₹29 for an individual spot, ₹99 for a full squad page). All transactions are processed in Indian Rupees (INR) via our secure gateway.
• Once an edition is published, the memory book is hosted permanently online as a timeless digital keepsake.

3. Content Ownership & User License

• You own your photos: You retain full copyright and ownership of any images, text, and captions you upload.
• Display License: By uploading photos, you grant Campus Memory Books a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, resize, format, and render your memory in the digital book.
• Permissions: You warrant that you have the right to upload the photographs (including consent from any friends appearing in group photos).

4. Content Guidelines & Moderation

All uploads must comply with our Content Guidelines. We strictly prohibit:

• Nudity, sexually explicit content, or pornography.
• Hate speech, harassment, defamation, or bullying against any individual or group.
• Violence, weapons, or illegal substances.
• Impersonating other students or posting non-consensual images.

Violations result in immediate removal of the photo and a permanent ban without refund.
